Perrigo strives to fulfill your order correctly the first time, but occasionally mistakes do happen. Perrigo will send you a replacement if you receive product:

  • that is damaged or defective when you receive it, or
  • that is not what you ordered ("incorrectly-shipped product").

Otherwise Perrigo does not accept returns. Perrigo does not issue refunds except in the case of undeliverable shipments, as described above.

You must follow these steps to receive a replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrectly-shipped product:

  1. Call 855-496-9345 to notify Perrigo within 48 hours of receipt of damaged, defective, or incorrectly-shipped product.
  2. When you call, Perrigo will give you directions to send the product back (at Perrigo’s expense) or to otherwise dispose of the product. Please do not throw away the product until you’ve talked to a Perrigo representative, as you may need to return the product to receive a replacement.
  3. Once Perrigo has verified compliance with these Terms and Conditions, Perrigo will ship you replacement product.
